Deal Registration Policy

Voltify Agency — Effective June 1, 2026

This Deal Registration Policy (the "Policy") governs how partners submit, register, and receive credit for business opportunities introduced to Voltify Agency ("Company"). All partners must adhere to this Policy as a condition of participation in the Partner Program.

1. Submission Requirements

1.1 To register a deal, Partner must submit the following information to Company via the designated intake channel:

  • Company name and website URL
  • Full name, title, and contact information of the primary decision-maker
  • Brief description of the opportunity and identified need
  • Partner's role in the introduction
  • Any relevant background or context

1.2 Company may request additional information at its discretion.

2. Registration Timeline

2.1 Deals must be registered before or within five (5) business days of the initial introduction to the prospect.

2.2 Company will acknowledge receipt of each registration within two (2) business days.

2.3 Company will approve or provide feedback on the registration within five (5) business days of receipt.

3. Exclusivity and Protection

3.1 Upon approval, the registered opportunity is protected for the Partner for a period of ninety (90) calendar days (the "Protection Period").

3.2 During the Protection Period, Company will not accept registration from another partner for the same opportunity, unless the original registration is found to be in violation of this Policy.

3.3 The Protection Period may be extended upon mutual agreement if demonstrable progress is being made.

3.4 If no meaningful progress is made within the Protection Period, Company may declare the opportunity open and accept registrations from other partners.

4. Attribution Rules

4.1 Commission attribution is based on documented sales activity and the Partner's role in advancing the opportunity.

4.2 The partner who submits the qualifying introduction and maintains documented engagement throughout the sales cycle will receive full attribution.

4.3 If multiple partners are involved, Company may apportion commission based on each partner's documented contribution. Company's determination is final.

4.4 Company's internal sales team may pursue any opportunity independently if no partner has registered it or if the Protection Period has expired.

5. Conflicts and Disputes

5.1 If two partners attempt to register the same opportunity, the first complete and accurate registration received by Company prevails.

5.2 Disputes regarding attribution or registration priority are resolved through the Dispute Resolution process outlined in the Partner Agreement.

5.3 Company reserves the right to withhold commission payments pending resolution of a dispute.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following practices are prohibited and may result in loss of deal protection, commission forfeiture, or termination from the Partner Program:

  • Registering deals without a bona fide existing relationship or legitimate introduction
  • Registering companies already in Company's active pipeline
  • Registering the same opportunity with multiple partner programs
  • Registering a company that the Partner owns, controls, or has a financial interest in without full disclosure
  • Mass registration of companies without individualized qualification

7. Amendments

Company may amend this Policy at any time with 30 days written notice to partners. Continued participation in the Partner Program following an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
