Appointment Setter Compensation Policy

Appointment Setters earn commissions only on successfully closed and collected client contracts. Scheduling a meeting, discovery call, demo, or introduction alone does not qualify for commission payment.

Commission becomes payable when:

  • The prospect signs a service agreement with Voltify.
  • The client completes the required payment.
  • The opportunity is attributed to the Appointment Setter through the approved deal registration process.

No commission is earned on unqualified meetings, cancelled opportunities, or prospects that do not result in a completed transaction. Recurring maintenance, support, and hosting fees are not commissionable unless separately agreed in writing.

Commission Payment Terms

Partner commissions are earned on collected revenue only. Commissions become payable after Voltify successfully receives payment from the client for the applicable project milestone. No commission is due on unpaid invoices, cancelled project phases, or amounts that are never collected.

Example: A $10,000,000 contract structured into four 25% milestone payments will generate commission payments as each milestone payment is received by Voltify.

Frequently Asked Questions

Target payment processing is 14 business days after receipt of client funds and all required documentation. Payment via bank wire, PayPal, or stablecoin (USDC/USDT). Commission is earned only after cleared funds are received from the client.
Commissions are quoted on a pre-tax basis. Partners are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations in their jurisdiction. Invoices or tax documentation may be required before payment.
Accepted partners sign a Partner Agreement (commission terms, non-circumvention, confidentiality, dispute resolution) and a Partner NDA before accessing proposals or pricing.
