Refund & Billing Policy

1. Prices & billing (USD, via Stripe)

Pro $5/month or $50/year · Lifetime $149 once · Team $10/user/month or $100/user/year. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Team seat changes are prorated by Stripe. Failed payments get a short grace period, then paid features pause.

2. Refund windows

• Pro monthly: cancel anytime; access until period end; no prorata.
• Pro yearly / Lifetime / Team (initial purchase): full refund within 14 days if the license key was never activated and no material cloud sync/storage was used.
• After activation/material use, or after 14 days: final, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
• EU/UK consumers: 14-day withdrawal applies unless service performance began with your express consent and acknowledgement of loss of the right (recorded at checkout).

3. How to request

Email patricio@voltifyagency.com with subject "Bedrock refund — [license email]" plus purchase date, amount, and key prefix (first 4 only, never the full key). We acknowledge in 2 business days and decide in 5–10; approved refunds return to the original method (bank posting 5–10 days). Contact us before chargebacks.
