VoltifyVoltifyAPI access purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the API does not meet your needs. To request a refund, contact us with your order details.
Consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited.
If we are unable to deliver the consulting session due to circumstances on our side, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
All digital product sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Email patricio@voltifyagency.com with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
