Rule of thumb: use our site, APIs, VANTA, and Bedrock lawfully, fairly, and without harming others or our infrastructure. Violations can lead to throttling, suspension, or termination — and to legal action where required.
1. Prohibited uses
Illegal & harmful: crime, fraud, sanctions evasion, CSAM, harassment, hate targeting protected characteristics, threats, non-consensual personal data, or advice facilitating wrongdoing.
Rights violations: infringing IP, circumventing DRM/access controls, submitting data you lack rights to share.
Security abuse: malware, phishing, probing/scanning without authorization, exploiting vulnerabilities (report them instead), credential stuffing, key sharing/resale, circumventing rate limits, quotas, paywalls, or free-tier limits (including multi-accounting).
Platform abuse: scraping/data-mining outside documented APIs, bulk unsolicited outreach via our tools, spamming team invites, disrupting update/licensing infrastructure, reverse-engineering except as expressly permitted by law or the EULA.
AI misuse: generating disallowed content at scale, impersonation/deception, or presenting AI outputs as certified professional advice.
2. Fair use & limits
Respect published rate limits, credit metering, and seat licensing (Bedrock Team: one seat per active user; VANTA: one free analysis per person).
Automated access only via documented APIs with your own keys; identify your client honestly (no spoofed agents to evade controls).
3. Enterprise & security research
Good-faith security research is welcome — disclose privately to security@voltifyagency.com and do not exfiltrate, destroy, or publicly disclose before a fix window. Penetration testing of your own deployed instance is allowed per your SOW; testing our multi-tenant infrastructure without written permission is prohibited.
4. Enforcement
We may warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate offending accounts/keys, remove offending content, and preserve/disclose logs where required by law.
Repeat or serious violations (fraud, illegal content, infrastructure attacks) may result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.
You may appeal enforcement within 30 days at legal@voltifyagency.com; we review proportionately but security decisions during active incidents are final.
