End-User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, copying, or using the Software you agree to this EULA with Voltify Agency. If you do not agree, do not install or use it and delete all copies. If you act for an organization, you bind it.

1. License grant

Non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on devices you own/control, for lawful personal or internal business use.
Bedrock Free: 1 user, local use. Pro/Lifetime: 1 user incl. sync across your own devices. Team: one paid seat per active user.
License keys (e.g., BDRK-XXXX) are single-use, non-transferable; sharing/resale may trigger revocation.

2. Restrictions

No redistribution, rental, hosting-as-a-service, or public sharing of installers/keys except through official builds.
No circumvention of license checks, metering, or update verification; no removal of notices.
No reverse engineering except to the minimum extent expressly permitted by applicable law despite this restriction.
No use in violation of law or third-party rights; no safety-critical control without independent safeguards.

3. Ownership & your content

The Software, branding, and marketing content are owned by Voltify/licensors. Your workspace content is yours; local-first design means we never see it unless you enable optional encrypted sync or contact support with files.

4. Updates

Bedrock checks voltifyagency.com/bedrock/updates.json over HTTPS (~every 4h + on demand) and installs only after SHA-256 verification. You consent to update checks; defer/install in Settings → Updates. Security updates should be applied promptly.

5. Third-party components & AI

Builds may include open-source components under their own licenses (notices in-app/repo) and optional AI connectors (your own provider keys or local models — their terms and billing apply between you and them). AI outputs are advisory; verify before acting (see Disclaimer).

6. No warranty; liability cap

Software is provided "as is / as available" without warranties (merchantability, fitness, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltify is not liable for indirect/consequential losses or loss of data/profits; aggregate liability is capped at amounts you paid for the Software in the prior 12 months (or $0 for Free). Mandatory consumer rights and non-excludable liability are preserved. Keep your own exports/backups.

7. Term & termination

This EULA lasts while you use the Software. We may suspend/revoke licenses for material breach (key abuse, infrastructure abuse, illegal use), immediately where needed for security. You may terminate by uninstalling and deleting copies. §§3, 6 survive.

8. Export, disputes & contact

Comply with export/sanctions laws. Disputes follow Terms §15 (informal resolution first; arbitration on an individual basis where permitted; local mandatory rights preserved). Contact: legal@voltifyagency.com.
