Any "44-day production commitment" is a time commitment defined solely by a signed SOW: if production (as defined there) is not reached within 44 business days of SOW signature with client dependencies met, we extend Phase-1 effort at no additional fee until production. It is not a money-back guarantee, not an SLA credit, and does not apply without a signed SOW.

"SOC 2 Type II audit in progress," "ISO 27001-aligned controls," and similar statements describe our control posture and audit trajectory — not a completed certification unless we expressly state attestation with date and auditor. Request the current security package under NDA for procurement diligence.

Third-party services (Stripe, Cal.com, model providers, clouds) have their own terms, pricing, and availability; we are not responsible for their acts. Displayed prices are in USD, exclusive of taxes, and may change prospectively.
