Binding agreement. By accessing voltifyagency.com, buying a product, booking a consultation, downloading Bedrock, or using VANTA, you agree to these Terms plus the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Disclaimer, and where applicable the EULA and DPA. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Voltify Agency ("Voltify," "we," "us") operates voltifyagency.com, enterprise private-AI infrastructure services, the VANTA analysis platform (/vanta), the Bedrock desktop workspace (/bedrock), the store (/store), and related APIs. Product-specific terms supplement these Terms: VANTA Terms, Bedrock Terms + EULA. Where they conflict, the product terms control for that product.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and legally able to contract. Business users represent they have authority to bind their organization. The services are not directed to children under 18.
We provide: (a) private AI infrastructure design and deployment; (b) automation, dashboards, and consulting; (c) VANTA AI analysis (SaaS/API); (d) Bedrock local-first software; (e) digital content, audits, and documentation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part with reasonable notice. Enterprise deployments are additionally governed by a signed statement of work (SOW) / master services agreement (MSA); the SOW controls in case of conflict on scope, timeline, and fees.
Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated here. Do not file a chargeback before contacting patricio@voltifyagency.com — most billing issues resolve within 5–10 business days, and unjustified chargebacks may incur dispute costs and account suspension.
Your use must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. Copyright complaints: email legal@voltifyagency.com with (a) the work, (b) the infringing URL, (c) your contact, (d) a good-faith statement, (e) accuracy statement under penalty of perjury, and (f) physical/electronic signature. We respond expeditiously and may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.
AI features (VANTA analyses, Bedrock Aquiles/agents, generated documents/diagrams) can be wrong, incomplete, or biased. Outputs are productivity assistance only and are not legal, financial, medical, or safety advice. Independently verify before acting. You are responsible for decisions taken on outputs. See Disclaimer.
Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption; (b) our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim (or USD $0 for free services). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits; where prohibited, liability is limited to the minimum extent allowed. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g., fraud, willful misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Voltify, its founders, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or decisions made on AI outputs.
These Terms apply while you use the services. Either party may terminate free use at any time. We may suspend or terminate paid access for material breach (including non-payment, abuse, or key sharing) after reasonable notice where feasible, or immediately where required for security or legal compliance. On termination, access ends; provisions that by nature survive (IP, warranties, liability, indemnity, disputes) survive. Enterprise data-return/deletion follows the SOW/DPA.
Contact legal@voltifyagency.com first — most disputes resolve by email within 30 days. Otherwise: these Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, with arbitration seated in Mexico City on an individual basis (no class or collective actions), to the extent permitted by your local law. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, including the right to bring claims in your local courts where the law guarantees it. EU/UK residents retain GDPR redress rights; California residents retain CCPA rights. Product-specific venues (e.g., VANTA) apply to that product where stated.
