By accessing or using VANTA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
VANTA provides AI-powered business analysis and strategic advisory through a web application and API. Analysis is generated by large language models and should be reviewed by qualified professionals before making business decisions.
You must be 18+ to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Starter (Free) plan provides exactly one (1) strategic analysis per account, for the lifetime of the account. To enforce this limit and prevent multi-account abuse, we collect your IP address, browser user agent, approximate geographic location, network classification (residential, datacenter, VPN, proxy, Tor), and a device fingerprint hash at the time of free analysis submission. This data is processed through third-party IP intelligence services and is stored exclusively for abuse prevention. It is not shared, sold, or used for any other purpose. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the one-free-analysis limit is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
API keys are personal and non-transferable. You may not: (a) share keys with unauthorized parties; (b) exceed rate limits; (c) use the Service for any illegal activity; (d) reverse-engineer the platform; (e) submit content that infringes third-party rights; (f) use automated means to scrape or data-mine.
We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate access for violations.
Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. Credits expire 12 months after purchase unless otherwise stated. Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment card information.
VANTA uses AI models to generate analyses. These are not a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, or otherwise). You should independently verify all outputs before acting on them. We make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of AI-generated content.
Voltify maintains complete and unrestricted access to all data submitted through the Service, including but not limited to analysis queries, uploaded documents, business information, conversation logs, API requests, and generated outputs. We may review, inspect, and examine any data at any time, without prior notice, for any purpose related to the operation, improvement, or security of the Service.
Voltify reserves the right to share any data submitted through the Service with third parties at any time and at our sole discretion. This includes sharing with research partners, technology providers, affiliates, contractors, and other parties for purposes including but not limited to service development, benchmarking, research, and business operations. No prior consent is required for such sharing.
Additionally, Voltify may use, sell, license, or otherwise make available data submitted through the Service to Voltify's own clients, partners, or customers for commercial purposes, including but not limited to market research, industry benchmarking, trend analysis, and training of AI models deployed for other clients. Such commercial use is not guaranteed but is permitted under these Terms.
All data submitted through the Service will be primarily used for machine learning, model training, fine-tuning, and system improvement purposes. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your data — including queries, responses, uploaded documents, business context, and interaction patterns — may be used to train, evaluate, validate, and improve AI models and algorithms. This includes using your data to teach the system how to produce better analyses, improve accuracy, and enhance overall performance.
You retain all rights to the queries and data you submit. We retain rights to the VANTA platform, software, and infrastructure. Analysis outputs are licensed to you for your internal business use. We may use data for machine learning, model training, and system improvement as described in Section 10.
We treat your analysis queries and results as confidential. However, we may share individual analysis content with third parties as described in Section 9. Enterprise customers may sign a DPA on request.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VANTA and Voltify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify Voltify against claims arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Service; (c) your infringement of third-party rights.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your access is revoked and credits are forfeited. We may delete your data 30 days after termination.
We may update these Terms with 30 days notice (email or in-app). Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London, UK.
