1. Commitment

Voltify Agency aims to conform with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across voltifyagency.com, VANTA, and Bedrock marketing pages, and to improve continuously. Accessibility is part of procurement readiness, not an afterthought.

2. Features

Semantic landmarks, skip-friendly headings, keyboard-operable navigation and dialogs (Esc closes modals).
Visible focus states, sufficient contrast targets, resizable text (200% without loss of content on core pages).
Form labels, error association, alt text on meaningful imagery, reduced-motion respect via prefers-reduced-motion where animated.
Bedrock desktop inherits OS accessibility APIs (screen readers, high-contrast, keyboard shortcuts incl. Ctrl+K palette).

3. Known limitations

Some canvas/visual network effects and dense comparison tables may be harder with certain assistive tech; text equivalents and contact alternatives are available on request.
Third-party embeds (Cal.com, Stripe checkout) follow their providers' accessibility; issues there can be routed through us.

4. Feedback & alternatives

Report barriers with page URL, assistive tech, and what happened to patricio@voltifyagency.com — we acknowledge within 5 business days and prioritize fixes by impact. Need an alternative format (large print, plain text, tagged PDF)? Ask and we will provide one within 10 business days where feasible.

5. Assessment

Self-evaluation with keyboard-only, screen-reader spot checks, and automated scans on each major release. Enterprise customers may request our latest accessibility notes under NDA.
